Little Mount baptist church
We are the little church on the side of the road (Highway 46) filled with big hearts and the love of God. We believe the Holy Bible is the inspired Word of God and is the basis for our statement of faith. We band ourselves together as a body of baptized believers in Jesus Christ personally committed to sharing the good news of salvation to lost mankind. Our church is a member of the Ebenezer Baptist Association.

In a quaint town nestled 'neath valleys embrace,
Stands a church, a haven, a sacred space.
Little Mount Baptist, with stories to tell,
Established in 1882, its history swells.
Through winters cold and summers warm,
Little Mount's embrace, a gentle form.
With timeworn pews and a steeple high,
Each brick a witness to the bygone sky.
In echoes of hymns from days of old,
Stories of grace and love are told.
Beneath the eaves, where ivy weaves,
The spirit of Christmas softly breathes.
A nativity nestled in sacred hush,
In Little Mount's glow, a peaceful blush.
Bell in the tower, it gently chimes,
A melody echoing through space and time.
In the warmth of candlelight's soft dance,
Little Mount whispers, a divine romance.
As the choir gathers, their voices rise,
Underneath starlit, December skies.
In echoes of hymns, both young and sage,
Little Mount reverberates a timeless stage.
So here's to the church, a treasure in time,
